Description: For sale is a blanc de chine figure of a couple made by Nymphenburg in the early 20th century . It is of a lady sitting with a basket of flowers on her lap with a gentleman next to her holding his hat under his left arm and a flower in his right hand. The piece is very well modeled and left in the white to show off all that nice detail without any color distracting from it. The figurine 7.25 inches tall, 5 inches wide and 4 inches deep. Marked with the impressed shield mark, impressed number 3 and incised number 45. There is also another impressed shield mark on top of the base by his left foot. The figurine is in perfect condition with just a manufacturing flaw on her back right hand sleeve where a small firing crack was filled in with something that turned brown.
