Most likely made on contract by New York Knife Co.Two-blade “Senator Penknife” pattern, 2-3/4” closed.Nickel silver bolsters and pins and brass liners.Both blades have strong snap, both are tight no wobble.Nice mother of pearl handles. No cracks or chips.Never used or sharpened – blades are full, original finish, light staining.The blades have some very fine scratches.Backspring has some patina.
