Description: This is a great antique E. Swasey & Company Portland, Maine U.S.A. primitive 2 gallon stoneware crock with applied handles. It measures approximately 8 3/4 inches height by 9 1/4 inches across base & outer top rim diameter is 10 inches. In good condition. Does have two glaze flakes on front upper wall. Two very small backside glaze flakes at upper off white side wall. Bottom underside base has typical wear & stack marks from kiln. Minor inside lime deposit.
