Telegraph & Sounder 4 Ohms Perfect gift for the Railroad collector or fan!! WOW! fantastic museum quality - like new condition. This historic item could be nicely displayed or put into a museum collection. Often this configuration is referred to as: Condition is museum quality..... We have no idea if this was refinished or not. On Left corner of wood base is the marking = "20 J.H. Bunnell & Co. New York". It is likely this "KOB" is from the late 1880's - 1900. This Bunnell KOB likely dates from the late-1880s to 1900. Its key has the "camel back" lever design but this lever is made out of brass. The sounder's solenoid coils are covered with paper black in color. Typical for the era, decorative gold pin stripping is applied to the black japan finished key base and the sounder arm/solenoid coil frame of the sounder.
