Description: Offering a rare old S. ALLCOCK The SuperB ultralite spinning reel as a collection piece. ALLCOCK manufactured spinning reels in Redditch, England from 1932 until the mid 50s. I really have no idea when this particular model was made; but suspect, prior to 1950 because of the half bail and lack of anti-reverse. The handle has the markings 11H; but, I don't understand the significance. I simply cannot let it go for less than the starting bid! Mechanically, it works as designed. Reels fairly smoothly and the bail opens and closes well. As mentioned it has no anti-reverse. Cosmetics,see pics. Ships Priority Mail.
