Description: The Grand Antique Mall, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, presents an Antique SALEM BROTHERS Tiffany Style Arts & Crafts Pale Green Slag Glass Cast Iron Table Lamp, Circa: 1898. 2-bulb lamp with 12 foot cord. Tested and works well. A magnificent example of the Arts & Crafts movement. A variety of patterns are on the cast iron lamp itself: scrolls; an urn; a 6-sided section with beaded edges framing an urn and lit torch; a petal design at the top. Among the shade’s features are a vertical beaded design and a two inch wide band with a geometric pattern separating the 8 lower petals from the upper, shorter, 8 petals. The pale green slag glass has cream, taupe, and yellow highlights. 3 pieces are included: lamp base, shade, finial. Under the base is SALEM BRO #26. The Salem Brothers founded their shop in New York City in the late 1880s; production ceased in 1931. Fine artistry. Brilliant details. Museum quality. DIMENSIONS: 25ʺH x 10.25”W x 11.5”Deep.
