Description: Antique slag glass tower panel lamp and base that is in excellent condition. The pictures speak for themselves on this wonderful item.Circa 1900-1910. The gold polychrome finish is in excellent condition and the lamp has been rewired with original type cloth cord, ready to be used. There are two pull chain sockets that light up the shade and a rotary switch on the base which can be lit up separately. The shade sits on a Wilkinson style cap. There are 16 panels of a dark caramel glass in the shade, 8 in the top and 8 in the skirt and two panels in the lighted base. The panels in the shade are held in place with brass strips and very small screws. The shade is 18 inches wide and 9 1/2 inches tall.
