Description: Description This is a nice set of windows that were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. They are double hung, an upper window and a lower window. They have mostly clear glass with a distorted border and small bits of color here and there. There are no cracks or breaks. The original frames are in good shape, painted both sides. Your bid buys both the top and bottom windows. The upper measures 33.25 inches wide by 29.75 tall and is 1.75 inches thick. The glass only is approx. 28.5 x 26. The lower measures 33.25 inches wide by 30.5 tall and is 1.75 inches thick. The glass only is approx. 28.5 x 26. Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good cleaning. There is some paint on the glass. The glazing putty needs to be touched up. The lower sash has a light crack at one corner. Please look at the pictures carefully. Ref: 92289 Shipping. We use FedEx Ground and insurance is included. Shipping quoted is to the lower 48 states. Terms of Sale I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. About Us My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and Michelle
