Fine antique solid silver set of six bright cut Victorian teaspoons hallmarked for Mackay & Chisholm Edinburgh Scotland, housed in their original purple velvet and silk case. The spoons were gifted to Anne Gillespie 28th January 1877 from Anne Murray, Dowager Duchess of Atholl (1814-1897), Scottish courtier and close friend of Queen Victoria, Each spoon is engraved with the initials of Anne Gillespie.
