Description: I’m offering a unique trading cards. Can you believe it? It’s from the early 1880’s. To place this in perspective, the golden age of postcards did not begin until 1905. Trade cards were a popular advertising strategy in the 18th, 19th, and early 20th centuries. They were a cross between a business card and an advertisement, and were often larger than modern business cards. Trade cards were colorful and eye-catching, and often featured images, cartoons, or sayings. I’m selling this beautiful Victorian trading card AS SEEN/NO RETURNS. To assist you in your evaluation of the keepsakes, I have attached clear photos, both front and back. Please examine every detail. I will be sending the card via USPS, first class mail, ASAP! I will enclose it in a durable mailer. Sorry, I do not ship out of the USA. Should you have any questions about this postcard, feel free to contact me via eBay messaging. Thank you, Dan
