Description: The photos show everything. Not sure the age, definitely old, vintage, I am assuming antique. However, I don't know exactly how old it is. And, I don't really know just what it is intended to be used for. I purchased several of these at a flea market. I will have them all listed over the next several days. I am not sure whether it is a horse tether, whether it is used as a buggy weight, perhaps could be used as a boat anchor? It is definitely heavy enough for any of those uses, I think. It weighs over 8 lb. It may have several different practical uses. I just don't know exactly what to call it. It is 2-piece construction. I don't know what the number represents that you see in the photos. I will have several of these listed, as I mentioned, and I will combine shipping whenever possible.
