Description: The only markings are “Made in USA” on the hex handle and “Pat. 1788535” on the bottom of the case. That patent was issued on January 13, 1931. The set contains a 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4 and 15/16 inch 12 point sockets. There should be 7/8 inch socket in the set, but it is not there. In it’s place there is a 9/16 inch 6 point socket. Also, the set includes a 6 sided 1/2 inch wide slot head screwdriver bit. That bit is used with the ratchet handle, because every socket has a drive opening that is ½ inch and 6 sided. It is in nice condition for it’s age. There is wear, dirt and discoloration.
