Description: Antique / vintage Mah-Jongg Junior game: ~ The box reads that this is "The Game of a Thousand Wonders" ~ Circa 1923 ~ Looks to have all of it's original 144 tiles intact and includes two very tiny little dice ~ Great graphics on the box and the tiles both ~ Very suitable for parts and pieces use, restoration, jewelry making or any other kind of creative crafty use you can think of Ready and waiting for your game night with restoration, parts and pieces stock pile, jewelry making, crafting, collection, or gift giving - you will love this! AGE OR ERA: Original true authentic vintage / antique piece - circa 1923 per the box MARKINGS: See box photos METAL / MATERIAL: Mix of materials - box is cardboard and the tiles appear to be a light weight wood or bamboo composition with a painted or printed paper overlay CLASP / CLOSURE: x MEASUREMENTS: The box is aprox 10.5" x 5.5" x 2" tall or high - the tiles 1 1/8" x 7/8" x 3/8" - and the dice are about 1/4" any which way you measure of course WEIGHT: x TESTING: x U.S. RING SIZE: x INVENTORY NUMBER OR NOTE: x CONDITION = Acceptable vintage condition for a piece of this age - it is far from perfect, but perfectly fine..... The tiles appear to be all there and in good antique conditon - the book mentioned on the box is long gone, and I believe there should have been some round chips or disks that no longer remain. I am selling it as-is, as-found, and as-pictured. The box is in well-worn, pre-loved condition - with lots of discoloration, wear, etc as shown and has a rip or tear up the lower left corner - see last pic. Well worth preserving, restoring, harvesting, crafting, repurposing the dice and tiles, and/or displaying.
