Description: Vintage The Spencer Screw Corporation Massachusetts Incorporated 1917 notary (?) seal stamp insert. Believe brass not positive magnet does not stick, measures approx. 1 15/16" in circumference. In great as found pre-owned condition no cracks splits or knicks lettering is clean and easy to read. There are a few cosmetic imperfections that include needs a cleaning and polishing it is dull, back has a few spots of surface rust on edge.As stated above stamp is in great pre-owned condition it would make an excellent addition to any collection.
