Description: Here's a cool tool from way back. It's a hand-made wood wheelwright measuring device. The handle measures about 11.5". The wheel is approximately 8" across except for the flat side, which is about 7". It might be broken or made this way for a more specific purpose. I have seen one other with a similar cut. The two pieces are fastened together with a metal bolt. Handy hole is great for hanging/ display.
