Description: This is one of two antique first aid kits I am listing which were part of the family collection of military items from the estate of WW1 and WW2 veterans. This kit is in very good antique preowned condition, but DOES have signs of use and wear. It does have dents, some paint loss, and the brass body of the kit is showing through in places. This canister is dated 1916 as is the carrying pouch. There is also a letter and number written inside the pouch. The canister appears to be unopened. It is well stamped with makers name, origin, date, etc. Please see photos for measurements of this item. This wonderful old item would make a great addition to any militaria collection.
