This is an antique DENTAL bottle and many collectors of antique dental bottles are dentists, building small collections of antique dental bottles to display in their waiting rooms and offices. This is a prime example of just this sort of thing as the label mentions "using this product with DENTIFRICE, after brushing the TEETH, and that it is a germicide for the MOUTH, TEETH, THROAT ... " It goes on to say it is "An Aid To Prevent and Relieve Phorrhoea ... ", which were all things related to early day dentistry.
