The Spey and Sheepfoot blades both have strong opening "SNAPS" and somewhat softer closing "SNAPS" and very slight blade wobbles). Overall, a solid old knife! The knife has plain blades and is ambidextrous with a manual opening mechanism. The slip-joint lock type ensures safety while using it. This knife is an original piece and is not reproduced. The handle material is genuine bone and the knife brand is unknown.
