Description: This 500 lumen light is aluminum, and has 3 steps for each mode. Low, high, and flash. ALL modes always start in low, and it has a 'mode memory', too. The main mode is both spot and flood on, then if you hold the button (for about 2 seconds while it's on) it will switch to spot. Then if you hold the button (for another 2 seconds) while it's on spot, it will switch to flood. You need to cycle through all the modes to turn it off, though.
