I'm not 100 percent sure if this is still locked to the carrier or not because I was able to bring my phone to any carrier if I were to use it as a trade. This is used and in good condition. The phone has very minor scratches on the front middle of the phone, but you can not tell with the phone turned on. Sell as-is. The phone always had a case on it. There is no installment plan anymore with TMobile, and the "find my phone" is turned off, and everything is reset. The phone will be with the case to protect it through transit. The case is a Safesleeve branded case that protects against EMF radiation and is fully magnetic. Lastly, I reset my phone before checking the battery max capacity longevity usage to see the state of the battery. All I can say is i didn't heavily use the phone and maybe occasionally played a few games on it, so the battery was heavily used on the phone at all I WILL PUT THE PHONE IN THE ORIGINAL BOX THAT IT CAME IN WHEN I SHIP IT OUT.
