Description: I CHANGED CABLE PROVIDERS AND CANNOT USE THIS MODEM ANY MORE. - Was Suddenlink, then Altice, and now Optimum. But I assume it can work with any provider. - Not sure on some of these numbers it asked for above. I used it with 400 mg and was going to upgrade to 600.
