The item has never been used or assembled. It has been stored in a ziplock bag in a climate controlled building inside a larger storage box. You are bidding on a new LEGO set and instruction manual but without minifigures/accessories. If the set has a sticker sheet it is also included. The auction does not include the retail box, minifigures, or accessories/weapons/or other utensils that could be used with the minifigures.
