Install the Motor on an interior wall with a sliding or flap style door to make it operate electronically. You can set this up to be controlled by your home automation system, timer, or solar eye sensor. No pesky stop pins etc that are generally found with some style doors. Simply turn the black dial (actuators) on the motor to get your desired height and depth. Motor stops door at open and closed positions you set with the actuators. Instructions included (this is very easy for anyone to do). One more bonus: No counter-weight needed. Motor can lift and lower a door up to 20 pounds. You can use this motor on any style chicken door you have or would like to build. Flap doors, swing doors, draw bridge style doors, vertical sliding doors, horizontal sliding doors.
