THIS DOES NOT COME WITH THE RACK TO HOLD THE BAGS. AND YOULL HAVE TO ATTACH THE PIECE OF METAL UNDER THE SEALER PART, BECAUSE i DONT WANT IT DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING. EVERY THING WORKS FINE MECANICALLY. WITH THE BIGGER TIRES IT SHOULD AVOID ANY FUTURE TIPPING. THANKS
