No holes or tears or stains. Superficial scratches on hardware. Gold satin lining has some snags, but nothing that shows while wearing it. Priced to take these issues into account (see last few pictures for examples. Not a big deal but shown for full disclosure!). Vest was dry cleaned last time it was worn ~ several years ago.
