The note is dated 1979 and is in circulated condition with a tiny bit of light spotting on the back but no rips, tears or markings that I can see. Obverse: On the right, in a circle, the portrait of Emperor Dom Pedro II (2nd Emperor of Brazil). Reverse: On the left, pictorial representation of two of the twelve soapstone sculptures made by sculptor Antônio Francisco Lisboa (Aleijadinho), with the sculpture of the prophet Daniel in the foreground and Jonas in the background, at forecourt of Santuano do Bom Jesus de Matosinhos in Congonhas do Campo.
