Description: You get 2 Texas Rigs. This is a design by Rich McElligott. There’s a video of him tying it at a Kentucky fishing show on YouTube. It’s distributed by Rainy’s Premium Flies as Rich’s Ultimate Worm. I tied these in the same manner. They are tied on a 1/0 Extra Wide Gap offset worm hook. They're weighted slightly to get them down faster. They are tied weedless. The worm slides down when the fish strikes to expose the hook. Then it can be pulled back up in weedless mode. The same principle as the Senko Worm. You get 2 Wacky Rigs. They came from a You Tube Video by Dillon Given of North 40 Fly Shop. The design is ingenious to provide fly fishermen with one of the most productive bass baits. I redesigned this fly to make it less WWW (Weighted When Wet) and less complicated to tie. My version uses ½ the chenille and is easier to tie. They are the 5 inch Senko Version tied on a 1/0 circle hook with the worm placed on the bottom of the hook. They have a monofilament weed guard which makes them weedless. You get 1 Black (Ebony) set with red trim and 1 White (Pearl or Ivory) set with red trim. This combination is good for most stages of water clarity. I call this my Ebony & Ivory Collection. It could become a classic collection. Two great bass baits in two great colors. They would be great around docks and in open water. These flies give the Fly rod or Tenkara Rod fisherman the ability to use the most popular bass Lures. Although I have no experience with it, it’s reportedly also good for trout.
