Description: Beautiful Antique Patinated Brass Cased Clock With Unusual Glass Pillars Marti. This unusual antique clock has a patinated brass / bronze case with unusual “I”shape featuring two glass pillars to each side. It then has four shaped finials to the top as well as four shaped brass feet to the bottom. Finally the case case fabulous mounts to the top corners of the front of the case as well as in the bottom middle of the case. The dial is then painted with blue roman numerals with smaller minute markers set out in black Arabic numerals. The face is then finished with two shaped fingers, and a domed glass set into a brass bezel. The clock is then wound from the front and accessed from the back. It chimes on the hour, and the half past on a bell. It is ticking away and chiming as it should and comes complete with pendulum and key. The movement is also stamped for the famous maker “Marti”. It measures approximately: - 14” / 35.5cm Tall. - 9.75” / 25cm Wide. - 4.75” / 12cm Deep.
