Description: This is a beautiful Happy Birthday "Party Time" Inspired handmade hair bow. It is made with multi colored grosgrain ribbon as shown in photos. The hair bow measures approximately 3 inches all around. All ribbon edges have been heat sealed to prevent fraying. The bow is attached to an 1 3/4 inch alligator hair clip with teeth. The 1 inch image is on a lime green and white flattened bottle cap. The image is protected with a clear epoxy dome.
