Becker Radio Europa II Stereo MU with Amplifier EU

Description: For sale a refurbished Radio Becker Europa MU II Stereo with external Amplifier . This was installed in late 60's /early 970's - see the advertising material slide (included in the sale) - in European vehicles like Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen plus Italian and English brands. This radio has an external stereo amplifier; the 2 speakers connect to the amplifier box. The amplifier can drive 2 speakers but it can be fitted with a splitter or a fader to drive 4 speakers. It has 5 station buttons (characteristics of Becker early 70's) vs 6 buttons in late 70's. It was the preferred radio for W113. Note the BC markings on the push buttons and on the display. This is characteristic for EU versions. American versions were marked with AM on the buttons and display. Check my other listings or send me an email if you need the US version - with AM lettering. For 230SL - you need the narrow trim radio; this one does not fit; send me a message for those models.All other vehicles look at the dashboard cut-out dimensions. Very nice design with stripes face plate and chrome accents. About Bluetooth on this Becker (Not included in the sale): The designers of the time did not had an idea about Bluetooth but they were smart enough to provide a DIN plug on the back for Input/Output of the audio signal. The DIN plug on the back can be used to insert a Bluetooth adapter - not included in the sale - to stream music or for hands free communication. On the "good stuff" Bluetooth adapter: Open the white plug in the back of the radio, insert the adapter and you are done.
