Any significant problem or existing damage on an item that we know about will appear in the item’s photos and/or be described in its listing. If we are selling multiples of the same item, each will be the same general condition and description. If we are selling multiples of an item that is used or might have some damage, we will photograph the most worn or damaged example. We promise you that we will always be upfront with you about exactly what we have for sale! Returns/Exchanges We are VERY serious about doing our absolute best to make sure every item we sell is described accurately. If an item does not match its listing description, we will refund it in accordance with eBay policy. We do not otherwise accept returns.
