Description: No dates but research indicates 1950s-1960s. Beach / Surfer scene appears hand-painted on black lacquer boards, with floral design in corners. What appears to be bits of mother-of-pearl (?) is embedded in colorful scene [see top of palm tree foliage]. Entitled "Aloha Hawaii." Interior is UNUSED with black heavy paper pages, each with intact onion-skin protecter. Tied binding is red and white tassels. Back covers is solid black with light wear. Front cover shows some minor paint flecks ~ still very attractive and displays beautifully. No scribblings, markings or owner's names. None of the pages have had photos attached or glued.
