The Alpina B7 has made its presence felt in the US for 2017 and though you may not have one of them you can make the front end of your G11/G12 7 Series look like it. It comes primed and ready for painting, and comes brand new in factory packaging. If you've seen any Alpina enhancements on a BMW before then you know how dramatic of a difference it makes.
