Miquel was the only Boy Scout of Catalonia (Spain) who participated in the 1957 World Jamboree accompanying a small group of Scouts de France from the French chapel of Barcelona who joined the French contingent afterwards. It is a unique testimony of a time and a Scouting persecuted by the dictatorship. Most are handmade badges, not very common and rarely seen in flea markets.
