Our Universe culminates in a plateau stage called Alien Nexus One, the other Brane culminates as Alien Nexus Two, the Modus Control Center is an extrusion of Alien Nexus One into the world Garth first was sent to by the malfunction, called Alien Nexus Three. It is the result of the collision of the two original branes, and is a third Brane with a much "foamier" character. A gigantic guardian stands watch on the plane of Alien Nexus Three, trying to prevent the progress of beings from Alien Nexus Two in their efforts to exploit our dimension. He also challenges any new arrivals on the plane for dominance and use of the portal to our instant in space-time, a large hole in the plane. The plane is a plain, and above it Dreamers fly in and out of the Rift, challenged by the intimidating Blackbirds, also known as Dark Triangles, which emanate from Alien Nexus Two.
