Subliminal messages are recorded on top of music or any kind of sound, in this case the sound of ocean (tapes 1-7). Al you hear are the waves and you can play them while doing anything, you can even listen to your favorite music. Subliminal messages are recorded in such a way that you don't hear them, but your subconscious mind does. These positive messages bypass any resistance from the conscious mind and go directly into the part of the brain where you hold believes about yourself. Tapes 8-10 also have thousands of subliminal messages, but they also have audible messages to affect your conscious mind and reprogram it.
