Description: British Hand Enameled Red & Blue Floral Pearlware Waste Bowl Circa 1830-1840 Antique mid 19th century British pearlware waste / slop bowl. Decorated with an overglaze hand enameled floral pattern in red and blue. With dark brown trim along the edge on the inside of the bowl. Unmarked. Circa 1830 to 1840. Has wear consistent with age and use, an in manufacture stacking flake to the foot rim, a burst bubble on the inside of the bowl, some glaze wear along the edge, and a chip to the rim on the inside. Measures approximately 5 1/2 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece. EV
