Description: Thick pottery teapot, glazed finish but done in an extremely rustic form. Very heavy, weighs 6+ lbs. The only marking is on the inside of the lid, (see photo) I've done a lot of research and cannot find this exact mark, piece is undated.The color is a gray with a hint of green/gold in it with white dripped over it all. A few splashes of rust orange on top.There is a fine 2" crack on the one side, shown up close in photo. It is a surface crack--this piece is very irregular shaped and thick--the crack is not on the inside and there is no weakness or movement in the piece. Measures 7 1/2" long x 9 1/2" tall x 5" wide.
