Buck 110 Knife/ Sheath/Box - Real Old - Vintage-40+ Years Supple/leather sheath!

Description: Knife is stamped "Buck/110 (one dot on each side)/USA" on tang of blade, solid opening & closing, good snap, no blade wobble. Blade is sharp, straight & true, knife has one white brass back spring pin plus three smaller brass pins (four pins showing). Bright yellow brass inner liner - absolutely no rust throughout - bright, shiny brass bolsters. Handle material - smooth, heavy dark wood slabs (don't know the specific name of the wood) - no inlaid shield on side of knife. Comes with original Buck 110 leather sheath - marked 110 on the back/bottom. Sheath has the inner protective covering (on the inside of sheath) covering the back side of the metal snap post to protect the knife bolsters from scratches when inserting or removing knife - a real plus. This sheath has the old style - half moon look - low cut front so you can get to your knife much easier and faster. Knife & sheath show a little ware but, knife, sheath, & box look very good for their age (you be the judge) - sheath has positive snap closure. The top leather fold-over flap of this sheath lays out without resistance, no flap recoil - supple leather. Knife, box, & sheath together weight about 10 oz. Knife & sheath together weigh about 8 oz - knife alone weighs 6.5 oz. Knife feels much heaver than the current 110 model - you can feel the difference when you hold this knife in your hand. A great looking Buck 110 "Hunter" - 40+ years young and still looks beautiful - photos presented here will speak for themselves (see all photos).
