Most of our exchanges involve buyers ordering the wrong size. This can be avoided if the measuring instructions on the listing are followed. FAULTY GOODS: If any item is found to be faulty, please notify us using the Contact Seller link with 14 days of receipt of goods explaining what the problem is. We will then advise you on which postal service to use. We will not pay postage exceeding the cost of the service advised. The manufacturers packaging for the returned items should be returned with your goods as we may need it to claim from a courier if the goods were damaged in transit. Items should be returned to our business address, which will be on the payment slip inside your parcel, within 14 days of you receiving them.
