Castillo, a CMPC on the Registry of Approved Mentors, has focused her career in both academic and applied practice settings. She earned her PhD from the University of Idaho in 2000, and has served on the executive board for the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. She currently serves as the director of Sport and Performance Psychology programs at University of Western States, USA.Chelsea Butters Wooding is an Assistant Professor of Exercise Science at North Park University in Chicago, IL, USA. She is a CMPC through AASP and holds a PhD in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University, along with an MA in Counseling from WVU, an MS in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, and a BA in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.Douglas A. Barba is an Associate Professor in the Psychology Department at National University, USA, where he serves as the Program Director for the BA in Sport Psychology and MA in Performance Psychology programs.
