Description: Here we have slightly vintage, but newer production, rimmed soup bowls in the Columbia pattern from Wedgwood (England) that we are offering by the each piece. White background with center medallion, and green trim. Border features griffins and floral sprays. We have dinner plates as well as more bowls (with an earlier production date) in this pattern in our store, to which we add new inventory daily, and we're always happy to combine shipping at actual cost. Please see last photo for a comparison of the two production eras in which we have this bowls -- this listing is for the newer ones, with the newer production mark dating them to 1962-1997. We also have these bowls with an earlier 1925-1962 production date in a separate listing. All are the same pattern, Columbia, with the center medallion and green trim, and all were produced in England, but the decals, colors, size and weight vary slightly, which is common when patterns are produced over many decades. If you are trying to match these exactly with an existing set, your best bet is to compare the marks. Shipping: $12.50 for the first one; $4.50 for each additional (Street addresses to the Continental US only -- po boxes and Alaska/Hawaii, message us with your zip code for your rates) These bowls, of which we had 8 when this listing started, are being sold by the each bowl. The price shown is for one, and you may purchase as many as are currently available -- see the drop down menu at the very top, from which you will need to choose the number desired. If, for instance, the drop down menu shows a maximum number of 4, that means that 4 have already sold, and only 4 remain, so you may purchase between one and four bowls. If you are on the app, the dropdown menu is nearly impossible to see -- if you can't find it, try accessing ebay from a browser ("on a computer") where the dropdown menu is actually visible. Vintage: this pattern was in production from 1924 to 1997; all of the bowls in this listing have a mark that dates them to no earlier than 1962 Approximate measurements: 8" diameter Condition: Our photographs reveal the condition best -- please enlarge and zoom in on them, and examine them carefully. Very clean and fresh, colorful and bright, shiny pieces, completely free of chips, cracks, silver/gray utensil marks, stains and crazing. No wear to the trim or the decals. A few have one or two scattered, completely colorless, scratches to the glaze, the kind that only show when the piece is held up at just the right angle to a direct source of light. Most don't even have those, making them as minty as used dinnerware comes. We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report. Corndogcache is a 100% non-smoking environment, and we'll let you know if any of our vintage items smell like it (or anything else) from activities they may have been involved in before they came to us. The Fine Print:We expect payment within 1 day of purchase. If you're waiting for other auctions to end so that you can combine shipping, shoot us a message to let us know.If you're unable to pay within terms, please reach out with your Plan B. Things happen. Especially these days. So just shoot us a message. We don't accept buyer-remorse returns but we will grant you the use of our description and photos so that you can re-ebay the item yourself.Although we don't accept buyer-remorse returns, reach out if you're unhappy with your purchase!
