The Canare LV61S cable is an RG59 sized Precision 75 Ohm co-axial cable with stranded copper centre conductor and bare copper screening with extreme flexiblility even at very low temperatures. The termination is with CANARE impedance matched Goldplated crimped RCA/PHONO plug. The Canare connectors are state of the art and are precision machined to maintain a constant 75 Ohm impedance providing excellent digital and analog performance; the crimp design excludes oxygen, preventing corrosion which can degrade even the best soldered connections. The connector design ensures consistent and extremely reliable terminations. The points of contact (center shaft and pressure "fingers") are goldplated to ensure a the best possible connection. The clamping design (pressure " fingers") solves once for all the well known "grip of death" problem (connector gets stucked and it is VERY difficult to remove, often found in other branded interconnects) which creates unnecessary strain on the equipment. CANARE connectors connect up smoothly maintaining an excellent contact while protecting your equipment.
