Description: This is a Canon 85mm f2 Serenar Rangefinder Lens. L39 LTM Screwmount. Early 51312 serial number. Distance scale is in feet. Aperture is clickless to f16. Comes with original slide on hood and case. From a local estate. Has some issues. Read details below before bidding. Cosmetics-Clean overall with some general tarnish and wear. It would make a fairly nice display item. Operationally the focusing turns consistently but is on the firm side from old gummy lubrication. The aperture blades have some oil. The optics are hazy from age and the rear element side has lots of spots. See photos. It was in storage for decades so would need a CLA. Good for your collection.
