Description: This is a Casablanca Panama II ceiling fan in the Snow White finish. The fan comes with all the parts except for the wall controller, which will need to be purchased separately. The fan functions great and the motor is silent. This fan was installed in a beach house, so it was exposed to salty air so it does have some minor rust on top of the light kit which cannot be seen when installed. You will also need to purchase one mini candelabra halogen light bulb for the light kit.
