Slight yellowing of white keys. There is a name printed in black sharpie on back underside. 1 key has a small chip.** Runs on: 4 AA Batteries or AC Adapter **AC Adapter that was in the box when I acquired it is a Sharp brand. It does work with keyboard, but IS NOT the original adapter**
