Eack lock includes the pin tumbler, 2 screws, 2 keys. I do have several sets with keyed alike locks. Only as many as 3 locks are keyed alike. With your order, please indicate whether you want locks keyed alike or not. If not indicated with order, we will ship keyed alike locks. Each lock does come with 2 keys. So if you order 3 locks and don't indicate non-keyed alike locks, you will receive 6 keys, all alike for the 3 locks.
