Description: Up for sale is a sealed 30ml (one ounce) bottle of Chanel No 5 extrait which comes with both its inner and outer boxes, the latter of which has a duty free label affixed to the rear plastic wrap. I purchased the bottle completely sealed at a local estate sale, but was intrigued by the lack of "Paris" being printed on the box as well as the volume listed as 26cc rather than ml or ounces. As you can see from the photos, the inner box and bottle also lack any reference to Paris, and the bottom of the bottle merely reads "Chanel" with a 30. I'm frankly a bit perplexed as to why there is no mention of Paris anywhere, and my only thought is that it's related to the fact that it was purchased at a duty-free store, presumably in the UK based on the price. Please be sure to note that there has been approximately 20-25% evaporation from the bottle, and since I'm not the original owner I don't know its exact age. The inner box is in very clean shape while the outer box exhibits more cosmetic wear, particularly around the edges and corners.
