Corners and head/heel of spine bumped and worn, tears and chipping at head/heel. Spine darkened, wear to spine edges, some soiling to boards. N.B. Hard cover is separated completely from text block, but still intact itself. A few scattered pencil notations in book, inscription on back of fold - out diagram at front of book. (fold out diagram at title page is complete and attached).Pages are a bit age tanned. Numerous pages of chess board play diagrams. A list of subscribers is at end of book, yellow paper for paste-downs and end papers show advertisements.
