One earring has mild scratching and a minimal, negligible flea bite nibble at the edge, as noted in photos. The backs are hallmarked 14k, the posts acid test at 14K, and the stones test as garnet with a presidium gem tester. These earrings are a little on the hefty side and can sag a bit when worn with the original backs provided. I recommend wearing with supportive earring backs like the push backs with plastic discs around them, see the last two photos for comparison. Earrings measure 18mm in diameter and 7.5mm in profile depth. The garnets in bezel measure 12.5mm. Each earring weighs 3.7 grams.
